Two reasons: 1) He's exercising his rights under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States; and 2) Whether the Powers That Be dare to act on his suggestion or not, they agree with him.
(2) is right on the ball, I think: at the moment, his views are Politically Correct enough to offset the parts about having people killed.
As for (1), there's established legal precedent that the First Amendment does not confer a freedom to actively incite the murder of specific individuals. From anyone else, posting photographs of individual police officers and advising people to go kill them would be a ticket to Federal stir, if not Gitmo.
Because, thankfully, speaking one's mind, no matter how obviously wrong it is, is not yet a crime in Florida...
and maybe because the PTB don't want to give this nutball any press. I doubt they agree with him. Besides, he's broken Godwin's law in so egregious a fashion that he's either certifiably loony toons or an obvious rating ploy. I think it's the latter... and if we lock him up, WE have to put taters in his pie hole. If we leave him loose, he won't get any airplay anyway, and he has to feed his own face. Which we can then tax.
