I just drained everyone's sinuses with what was supposed to be a mild, creamy curry.  First-time heat calibration problem with a new curry paste...

Oh, the curry paste?  Tiger, Tiger brand Kashmiri curry paste.

It seems to be a good brand. Kitchens of India brand is good, too.
