Yet another Obama nomination has hit a rough spot in the road — this time, former Dallas mayor Ron Kirk, whom Obama wants as the US trade representative ... and who turns out to owe the IRS $10,000 in back taxes between underreported income, overclaimed expenses, and "improper treatment of accounting fees".
Yo! Mr. President! I don't owe any taxes. How about you appoint me to one of these jobs? ...Oh, wait, that disqualifies me?
