Hints for the japanese consumer:

1) dogs: paw/toe walkers. Sheep: hoof/nail walkers.

2) dogs: sharp _CANINE_ tearing teeth. Sheep: dull grinding teeth.

3) dogs: woof. Sheep: baaa.

4) and, last, apparently:
dogs: predators, like British and Australian "poodle" vendors
sheep: mindless dull-whited followers, like Japanese consumers
