The state Commonwealth of Massachusetts is barking mad.  Official state muffin?  Official state polka?  Official state glee club song?  Official state DONUT?!?

The Massachusetts State Assembly gets paid good money, out of tax revenues, to come up with this utter garbage and enshrine it into law.  WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT, OVER....

Yeah, but watch someone try to do something _useful_, like define an official state office document file format, and watch the dirty politics run him out of office.
