Never, NEVER take percocet on an empty stomach when you haven't eaten all day.
Especially don't take Percocet on an empty stomach and then go out running errands.
I've spent the last 45 minutes or so feeling like I'm about to hurl.

I sucked on a couple of ginger Altoids in the car, and started on dry crackers and cheese as soon as we got home (aided by some anti-nausea medication). They're helping.
