... is the 9-year-old kid in Churchdown, England, who was given a written warning for "anti-social behavior" by police.  His crime?  He climbed a tree in a park.

don't forget a few years ago they found a guy in a tree, and he didn't want to come down, and *was not breaking the law*, but the police insisted.

they WERE just going to taser him into coming down. you can see how good that works right?

instead the officer SHOT the perp with a 9mm, due to confusing the taser and pistol in his excitement...

the perp was hit in the legs a couple times and scream "okay, okay, i'm coming down".

i think originally the perp was getting a cat for someone, and decided it was a nice day or something and stayed.
