McIlhenny's Chipotle Tabasco.

That is all.

Aaaaah, yesss. Just the right heat, and a wonderful flavor.

Speaking of chipotle... when you make chili, get you a jar of Pace Chipotle Chunky Salsa, and skip all that veggie chopping. Just about right. (I hafta add a bit of sour cream once it's in the bowl, but that's ok.)

I don't cook chili. Cymru makes bean soup, but when she does, I have to find something else to eat for supper, because if I eat much of anything made from dry beans, my guts will spend the next 24 hours exploding and making me miserable. :p
This seems to be a fairly recent development.

But is it a warning for or against?

For. Especially in Spaghetti Stracchino which is made with bacon.

For. The stuff is great. Rich and smoky. I made spaghetti sauce with a teaspoonful or so in it, and it was wonderful.

We are benighted here in the Middle of the Midwest. Even our grocery stores do not carry Garlic Tabasco, although we can find it at some specialty hot sauce stores. I will have to organize a trip to St Charles soon, to find some of this chipotle and habanero goodness... else let my fingers do the walking through the Internet!

http://countrystore.tabasco.com/ is good!
