Thanks for that link. As a customer, I can attest to how much that upgrade sucked. I had to get an area code on a GSM phone changed. I first started calling AT&T at the beginning of November. Each time the customer service agent would tell me that their systems were updating and that they couldn't access any customer information. I was usually assured that the system would be up in a day or two.
