NHPR reported this morning that the New Hampshire sovereignty resolution is due to come up for a vote in the next two weeks, and specifically called out "any new Federal assault weapon ban" among legislation New Hampshire would consider itself not bound by. They also mentioned fifteen other states now have sovereignty resolutions actively in process, which is I believe up six from last week... they speculated that provisions of the stimulus bill have been an incentive to get states moving.
