I do see (in the transcript) that she often repeats the exact same phrases, which seems to me to indicate that she was well-prepped.

*shrug* It could mean that. It could mean a lot of other things. It could mean trying to get a point through Katie Couric's skull. :)

The Ledbetter act "would be a boon to trial lawyers", for example

Yeah, I'd have liked to see her enlarge upon that statement a bit myself. Not that she got a lot of opportunity. I don't personally know anything about the Act.
