Six weeks and two days ago, I had bilateral knee replacement surgery.

Today, I GOT OUT MY MOUNTAIN BIKE and went twice up and down the road outside the house.

In short, "still fucked". But I have a new ... [rummages frantically] Oh good. Yes, I DO have a note from the new physical therapist with contact information for a reputedly top-rate foot/ankle specialist in Concord.
