Six weeks and two days ago, I had bilateral knee replacement surgery.

Today, I GOT OUT MY MOUNTAIN BIKE and went twice up and down the road outside the house.

You've been broken long enough; it's GOOD to see that you're finally getting the kind of results that you deserve.

I've been out of the loop too long... have you gotten the broken toes/foot/ankle squared away?

Nope ... we're still looking for good treatment options on the foot and ankle. I can't seem to find any two specialists who agree on what's the best course of action. However, the current PT place gave me a name and phone number for a foot specialist in Concord.
