to protect individuals and institutions from suffering discrimination on the basis of conscience, the conscience of the individual or institution should be paramount in determining what constitutes abortion

well, i reasonably consider drinking alcohol, driving a vehicle, eating bad foods, and a number of other lifestyle choices that might lead to death, including a vast number of other things, to be pre-abortion practices... if someone if dead, they can't breed, right? also, many pregnant people die under these measures.

therefore, were i a federal employee, or working at any place that received federal funds, or even as an individual that received a tax refund... it would be my duty to block those behaviors, so that people could live and make babies.

drivers license? forget about it. wine coolers? forget about it. fast food? forget about it.

we should put ecstasy in the water supply, and everyone should be having clean hetero-sexual intercourse and making babies. RIGHT NOW.

Oh, geez. If they can't get past stare decisis on Roe, trying to get past Griswold is going to freak the hell out of even the strict constructionists.
