Turkey is moving into northern Iraq with air strikes, armored columns and two brigades of ground troops, claiming they're targeting only PKK bases.  Meanwhile, Russia is threatening to use force "if NATO forces breach the terms of their U.N. mandate" in Kosovo, and tribal conflicts are continuing to intensify in Kenya.
