Yup, I know Meriday well ... known her for over 15 years now. I understand she told SLO County Sheriff's department I taught her to shoot when she went to re-qual her CCW recently. (I wouldn't put it that strongly, but I helped her clean up some points of her technique.)

Then there was the time I inadvertently frightened her out of about ten years' growth while taking her up to San Francisco to reclaim her illegally-towed car, when the road surface was unexpectedly slick (must have sprinkled rain there) and we went around Movable Bridge in a four-wheel drift...
