All TK material should be unclass, the last downgrade was in '97 http://www.fas.org/sgp/othergov/nsa/nsa971.html
I'm not sure what the sat itself is classified as.

The tech in TK is so terribly out of date now. There's a digital camera with something like 128 million cells that can do an extreme range of frequencies and can do asa 20000 or something as meaningless. I'm not sure who built it. It was a CCD that measured around 4" square.
