I feel kinda dehydrated, and my mouth is parched.  I don't know whether this is a side-effect of the full Tramadol dose, or whether I just didn't drink enough yesterday.

If it is a side effect, I hope the pain relief effect is in full force!

I think it may have kicked in, judging by my slight drowsiness, but the Tramadol doesn't really cope when it's hurting this badly.

Could be any of those. Also most holiday foods are rather salty even if sweet tasting. Ham, potatoes, Turkey...

I didn't actually use that much salt in any of it. The only place I added any salt to anything was in the seasoning rub for the turkey. I don't go overboard with salt like some people.

(Tramadol == Ultracet) is true. Dry mouth is a side effect listed in my PDR. Ultracet uses the same pain relief system as Tylenol, and has many of the same side effects and toxicities. Not sure how this will take on big pain.

If it'll take the edge off it, taken regularly, it's worth a shot.
