Dmitrij D. Czarkoff, the author of this article, thinks that Linux is close to extinction. It's pretty much "You die, she dies, everybody dies." About the only premise of his that I agree with is that it's really stupid for Linux to try to be Windows.
In other news, here's a clever use of digital signal processing to make tinny car stereos sound ... well, not like tinny car stereos.
