Can't figure out why I'm so tired today.  I've been doing a lot of work fixing and organizing things around the new house, but yesterday wasn't a particularly strenuous day, and all I've done today is get the kids off to school and rack a KVM switch (for which I still need cables).  Yet I feel exhausted, and I've been fighting all morning to keep from falling asleep.

Yeah, we're getting settled into the house.  There's still quite a lot of boxes around that haven't been unpacked yet, but the number is shrinking.  At this point, most of them contain books awaiting bookcases.  A few contain miscellaneous odds and ends, and a few contain office/desk stuff.  We're still at the stage where many things have no defined "homes", so I lose things almost as fast as I find them.  The latest thing I've managed to find-then-lose is my digital multimeter, which I need in order to make sure I correctly wire the 30A circuit I'm adding to run my 3KVA UPS from.

We were finally getting in to a good bed time habit and ruined it last night be staying up to read library books?

Last place I saw the multimeter was upstairs next to the subwoofer.

I think 90% of the remaining boxes are books/CDs/LDs/cassettes and 5% are cables and 5% is probably stuff that can be gotten rid of, like baby stuff and old papers.

FWIW, We have been in this house for 10.7 years, and we still have boxes that need to be unpacked. (Or maybe tossed, at this point.)

Glad to see that children are no longer eating your brain.
I've lived my house for 6 years and I still have boxes from the move.

Moving into a new place is alwasy somewhat exhausting for the first few months...
