Huh. I'm posting this now via Frank the LJBot on LJTalk. This is actually a pretty nice add-on feature, and easy to use. Can't customize anything but the subject line, of course, but hey. This may be the most practical way I've seen yet to post from something like a PDA. (If I had a PDA, which I don't.)

Well, Cymru successfully found me today, despite the 99 being closed for renovations. She mentioned your old Camaro at one point. You've got plenty of stories about that car, but I don't recall hearing what happened to it. Did you sell it when you came out east?

I had a series of Camaros, actually.

I started out with a 1970 Camaro SS350. I sold that in about 1988 or 1989, when they were talking about phasing out leaded gas altogether and I couldn't really bring myself to emasculate the engine enough to make it run on unleaded gas. I replaced it with an '82 Berlinetta, then traded that in against a '91 Z28. The Z28 got traded in on the Intrepid R/T we have now.

Well, I do miss it ... but, it was getting pretty long in the tooth, and I didn't really have the money to put into it.

He traded it in on the Intrepid R/T because wrestling car seats in and out of the Camaro was a nightmare.
