There's several concepts similar to the LifeJet on that site, but the Acabion seems a much more radical idea. I've read about it before; those two "training wheels" at the back are solely for parking and low-speed stability. They retract at something like 20mph, leaving you with what amounts to a two-seat motorcycle with almost the drag coefficient of a land-speed-record streamliner. It's no wonder the thing's capable of over 300mph.
Ohhhhh (drool) I want!!! The Toyota PM looks great but the Ababion has that certain something...maybe because they show it being what looks like in-doors. You find the best stuff.
