Yeah, it's baaaaaack......

I'm hoping it's just a side-effect of the antibiotics I'm on right now.  It's been working up to it for about a week now though, I think, which is longer than I've been on the Augmentin.

I still have some Nexium left.  Looks like I get to start taking it again.

Uh ... belay that.  No I don't, or if I do, then I don't know where it is.  I'm going to have to get more [livejournal.com profile] cymrullewes is running out to the store for a pack of Zantac 75, because she doesn't think it should wait until tomorrow.

This is not necessarily applicable to you, just a personal observation. When I cut radically down the amount of starches and sugars in my food intake, my acid reflux problem lessened significantly.

In my case, it appears to be stress-related rather than diet-related.

He's mostly right about it being stress-related, but he did have coffee yesterday morning that might have contributed. That and the fact that I made chili. But then I'm willing to take most of the blame for anything adverse that happens to him.

It's been on its way back for three or four days at least now, so I don't think the coffee and the chili were to blame.

My psychoactive medication gives me acid reflux. I read that sleeping on my left side, instead of the right, will help. It puts the content of the stomach below the entry, so the reflux does not get a gravity assist.
