Uphold and defend the Constitution?

Radical concept, huh?  That Government should obey the limitations placed on it by the US Constitution that is the foundation for its authority?  Shame the Government has forgotten all about that part.

FederalistPatriot hasn't.  They have a Petition to Restore Constiitutional Integrity up.  You can also sign it by sending email to sign-integrity@PatriotPetitions.US.  BushCo and Congress in general will most likely totally ignore it, of course, but still....

You have a duty.  Carry it out.

It's a name and an email address. I'm sure the feds already have that. (On me. Be your own level of paranoid. I certainly wouldn't have given them an address.)

And frankly, if they're going to start arresting people for saying the Government should obey the Constitution, then it is most definitely tiem to open the fourth box. And if the best service I can do is to be a test case, well, I'm OK with that.
