As in, "Things Assorted." (At least, that's what I was once told it translated to. I'm not sure that's correct, because my understanding is that 'chop' translates to something like 'quickly', as in 'chopsticks' -> 'fii jii' -> 'quick sticks'.)
So, this evening's Things:
- We stopped by the local Indian grocery store, from whom we procured such things as papadum, gram flour, gulabjamun, frozen poori, and tamarind chutney.
- We found the Russian grocery in town, from whom we procured smetana and kefir.
- And, I'm working on a new Callahan's Place photo page, since Donovan took his down something over a year ago now. Long-term, I'll probably have to place it on co.ordinate.org, because Verizon, may their toenails rot and fall off, blocks incoming traffic to ports 80 and 443.
- And oh yeah, my left foot hurts like fuck. But that's no news.
- Almost forgot ... we picked up a copy of Half-Blood Prince at Shaws for $12 off retail.
Oh yes... tea! Must go order good-quality tea....
