"September 11, 2001, already a day of immeasurable tragedy, cannot be the day liberty perished in this country."
I find it immensely reassuring to see that at least part of the legal system is paying attention, is taking notice, and is not afraid to stand up to the panic-mongering tactics of the present administration.
