However, [livejournal.com profile] unixronin and [livejournal.com profile] cymrullewes aren't available to transport the truck back until this coming weekend. If anyone is available to drive a large (26' I believe) truck from Salisbury, MD to Hudson, NH, sometime during the week, please contact them. You can find contact info here. 'S'OK, we got it covered in the end.

Now I get to go read Budget the riot act -- or, actually, hopefully I won't have to; Roadside Assistance have been rude assholes from day one, but Budget Customer Service seems to agree with us that we should pay only for the 6 days (out of the last 20) on which the truck was actually available for our use.

Maybe .... we'll see. The dealer credited us three days, but now I have to go to customer service for anything further.
