u-hell likes to overbook their trucks. i used to work for them and they're greedy bastards. i'm gonna guess that they told you the computer lost yer reservation?
I am taken back to another move, which involved us and the passes of Southern Oregon, and another totally disabled truck. There is something about these rental trucks that's just bad news...
That occurred to me, too, except U-Haul didn't try to claim it was our fault, and promptly replaced our truck instead of trying to screw us like Budget did. I will NEVER do business of any shape or form with Budget ever again.
Oh yeah, and that GMC was a MUCH nicer truck than this clapped-out International POS.
