That's two thousand miles in two days, which should leave me with something on the order of 750 miles to cover tomorrow.  And tomorrow, after about the first 150 miles, I will leave I-80 for the first time in about 2,400 miles.

In other news, I  haven't been able to reach my parents in Spokane, Washington on the phone all day today.  No-one answers the phone.  This is unusual, and a little worrisome, since if they had any trips elsewhere planned, they hadn't mentioned them when we talked on Tuesday night.

Final mileage tally, give or take a dozen miles or so per day: 255, 1000, 1000, 1000. My knees were REALLY hurting by the third day; lots of rest stops.
