About my back. I almost collapsed walking into the lobby as I put a foot wrong and shifted my weight wrong I guess and my back let me know that it was extremely unhappy with yesterday's activities, whether it was the driving, or the lifting and packing or both, I don't know. I was in severe pain when I woke up this morning which is why I'm 2 hours also late

Damn!

Well, I still can't hear you but.... Kind of figured out why. Because you chose to set up your Phone Posts, with an '.ogg' file and not a '.wav'. :-(

Maybe if I *whine* enough about it, you'll be *guilted* into calling, as you pass by here. :-) You'll be _happy_ by then, because you'll be so close to your destination.

Be well. Be safe. Keep giving us updates, when possible. Please, that is.

The ogg file format is a livejournal descision. They are way smaller than .wav files, and free of all patent issues (unlike MP3). WinAMP plays the ogg files fine.

Are you saying that LJ only uses .ogg file format?

Well then... Tell me why I _just_ went to another LJ and _listened_ to a _.wav_ file???

my apologies.
I haven't kept up with LJ infrastructure, and it seems that they have added GSM-encoded WAV files without announcing it in the same way that the original phone post system was announced - the original annoucement was that OGG was the only format that would be used, but that was a long time ago.

I took the heat and I shouldn't have. :-(

It's that - I don't know _much_ about Net stuff. But when I know I did something [listened to WAV files] - And someone sort-of-says I didn't... I took the heat.

My apologies, for so doing. Truce. The End. Peace, Joy, Tranquility.
