So another appeal fails, and still ANOTHER is vowed.

Anyone taking bets on whether this ends up with a Presidential executive order?

This sickens me.

I think what they are is people with a huge amount of guilt over failing to recognize that their daughter was bulimic, who are in acute denial that she's gone, and who simply cannot let go no matter what the cost.
