Award for [Conspicuous Lack of] Valor

This makes me want to spit.  It's an insult to all the grunts on the ground that actually faced enemy fire and pressed home the attack against superior forces, and a slap in the face to all those servicemen who came by their citations for valor in combat honestly.

Somehow I am not surprised that the sole bright spot in this report is the United States Marine Corps.
