On the menu

I have decided that one of the regular things I'm going to do with our new caerllewys community is an On Tonight's Menu feature when we have something non-routine for supper.  I'll be periodically posting what we cooked, the recipe, and occasionally photos of the results if they're particularly photogenic.

We have all this stuff in a cookbook, which we'll probably make available in some fashion when we have it in the shape we want it.
