Six weeks and two days ago, I had bilateral knee replacement surgery.

Today, I GOT OUT MY MOUNTAIN BIKE and went twice up and down the road outside the house.

Stuff that in yer pipe and smoke it, Universe.

I remember that my surgeon (a few years back) banned the bike for a couple of months.

I wasn't planning on making a regular thing of it yet ... apart from anything else, it hurts. I just wanted to see whether I could.
