Good:  I finally got around to removing the arms from my office chair, so I can now scoot it all the way in to my desk and have back support and be at comfortable reading/typing distance at the same time.

Bad:  Despite yet another search both inside and outside, we still can't find any sign of my cleaning kit, which we discovered to be missing when I went to clean guns after the last time we went out shooting.  I may have to just bite the bullet (so to speak) and replace the kit.

Good:  Our kitchen sink is no longer leaking, thanks to a new faucet and assorted other replacement bits (which Walter put in, so it didn't have to come out of our threadbare pocket).

Bad:  While looking out in the shed for the cleaning kit, I discovered that the chain on my motorcycle is rusting.  I noticed some time back that it was overdue for a chain lube job, but I haven't been able to do it because (a) I haven't had the mobility to do it and (b) I don't have a rear-wheel shop-stand for it, can't afford to buy one, and can't practically do it without the stand.  I'm not sure the chain is saveable at this point; I may just have to replace it.

Good:  However, the CBR929RR has a through rear axle, and Walter has a welder and I know how to use it, which means that if I can gather up the materials it shouldn't be that difficult for me to make my own shop stand.

Bad:  We also discovered that a lot of our furniture that's stored out in the shed is mildewing, and there's mud-dauber wasp nests on everything in sight.  We've several times talked about bringing our good couch in here and taking the old uncomfortable one here out to the shed, but the only time we've had the manpower on hand to do it, it poured rain all weekend.
