PSA: DivX 6.6.1 installation

There's a new DivX update out, v6.6.1.  Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the installer, which is widely reported to be hanging on Windows when trying to extract pcloser.dll.

I have determined that rebooting into Safe Mode to install it is a successful workaround for the problem.
