Getting bored because you think not enough people are reading your journal: free
Deciding to fix this by advertising your journal by comment-spamming totally unrelated posts in public communities[2]: not recommended, but technically free
Continuing to spam the same post, dumbly asking why, after having your self-advertisements deleted three times and being told exactly why they're being deleted: Priceless.

[2] I don't know where ELSE he was advertising his journal. If he really thought one comment in one feature-query post in one community would bring millions of readers flocking to his journal, he's even more stupid than evidence already indicates.
